My daughter and I had a scheduled appointment on a Tuesday evening. The salon was not busy with what appeared to be less than a handful of customers and more than enough employees, probably 7 or 8.
Both of us were in and out of the chair in less than 15 minutes. My nails were barely trimmed, filed or buffed at all. No cuticles trimmed whatsoever. Neither of the nail techs spoke to us to check in and see how we were doing or ask if we liked it, which they typically do. This was a special treat for us and it felt like they were racing to finish, honestly. This was my number one place to go for nails but today was highly disappointing and I'll be going elsewhere.
Very happy with how my nails turned out. Super relaxing and the ladies there were very nice. Would go again.
I have called 4 different times to book an appointment. Sometimes 3 weeks ahead and they can't get me i .Said only have 1 person to do fills and they're too busy. They do not offer any suggestions.Very rude!
The lady at the front claims she the only one that does fillings and says she does not have appointments for two weeks! She did not even try to fit me in, especially coming from out of town! From the looks of it they cannot do nails! I would not recommend this place! I’m very disappointed!
Rushed, rude, and horrible service.
No chip manicure & pedicure was completed in less than 20mins, very rushed and incomplete service for the price.
My husband got a pedicure, which was done in less than 10mins. No integrity in service.
They don’t have toe separators so they use paper towel, for a place that charge an extra manicure fee for a no chip manicure, they sure are stingy.
I don’t recommend this place for Nails. 35$ just to wash feet . They are not even properly cleaning and removing skin. Too bad service.
Always have the best experience at Nails for u! All the techs do great work and it’s super clean. Be sure to make an appointment- they are always busy!
